No Comments on 3D Printed GoPro Mount for Garmin Bike Mount

A simple GoPro camera mount that can be attached to the bottom of Garmin Out-front bike mount securely using M3 screws. This makes it easy to keep the GoPro centered on your bike when you’re recording your adventures. Pictured is a GoPro HERO6 Black and Garmin Edge 520 Plus.

How I Designed It

Fusion 360. It’s modelled to use the standard GoPro thumbscrew and acorn nut. The outer tabs are also modelled with a loft to maximize the surface area and minimize the chance of them breaking along the printed layers.

Bill of Materials

Printing Tips

  • Print with supports (touching the build plate).
  • < 0.2mm layer height.
  • Use PETG filament.

Other Tips

  • When installing, make sure the M3x15mm screws do not extend through the top nuts of the Garmin bike mount. Otherwise it may damage the quarter turn mount on your device (e.g. bike computer).
